Reflection....an honest view of myself

I'm learning...painfully slowly sometimes, what lessons God wants for me to learn. Sometimes as people go through the different scenarios and situations in life, the common practice is to find fault or flaws either in someone else or in the circumstances themselves. It is easier to blame your hardships on outside influences rather then owning up to the things that you may have attributed to the situation. In speaking with a beautiful friend of mine this morning, I realized I had some owning up to do. It's wonderful to have great friends to speak with, and I would encourage you not to isolate yourself from friends if you are going through some significant time or hardship in your life. Iron sharpens iron and we must not only lift each other up, but also be truthful with one another.
